A partner engineering company is offering an internship in Management Engineering. 

Activities during the program

• Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze costs associated with various business processes and implement strategies to control and reduce costs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop strategies for managing the workforce effectively, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers, while controlling costs and minimizing risks.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to measure and manage the performance of various business processes, including customer satisfaction, quality control, and productivity.
• Analyze results to make improvements and ensure continuous improvement over time.

You will gain the following skills:

• Process Improvement: The trainee will learn how to analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, and how to implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Cost Management: The trainee will gain skills in analyzing costs associated with various business processes, and implementing strategies to control and reduce costs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Workforce Management: The trainee will develop strategies for managing the workforce effectively, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Supply Chain Optimization: The trainee will learn how to optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers, while controlling costs and minimizing risks.
• Performance Metrics: The trainee will gain skills in developing and implementing performance metrics to measure and manage the performance of various business processes, including customer satisfaction, quality control, and productivity. They will also learn how to analyze results to make improvements and ensure continuous improvement over time.

This programme also includes:

• A fast admission process.

• A reserved vacancy for the internship. The host company won’t cancel your internship at last minute.
• You can choose when to start and finish the period of your internship.
• Flexibility during the internship.
• The company will sign the documentation related to the Erasmus+ programme.
• The company will sign any other educational agreement and documents required by your university.
• A certificate of completion of internship.
• One recommendation letter for your job / further studies application.
• You can include the host company, as a reference for your job application in other company.

Importrant information:

You can also do this program with the Erasmus+ programme or another educational programme (e.g., curricular programmes to get ECTS, final projects in university, practical and academic projects, etc). It is also possible to do the internship without any programme.

About the price

This programme has a reasonable price that varies depending on the duration of the programme and its location. The price is paid at the beginning of the internship and never in advance.
